Our newly installed 3G Astro Turf pitch stands as a beacon of sporting excellence and community engagement. This cutting-edge facility was developed as part of a significant enhancement project, supported by a £350,000 Community Focused Capital Grant from the Welsh Government. The installation was guided by feedback from over 286 community members, including local schools, sporting clubs, and recreational groups, ensuring that the new pitch truly meets the needs of its users.

As the founder and Managing Director of Zion Energy Limited, he specializes in sustainable energy solutions, but his true commitment lies in fostering community spirit and cohesion.
A University of Glamorgan alumnus, Carl’s extensive expertise in solar PV, business planning, and energy efficiency has propelled his professional ventures. However, his heart remains rooted in Ystradgynlais, where he dedicates himself to creating a vibrant, inclusive community center. Here, he combines his entrepreneurial spirit with a profound dedication to sustainability and community welfare.
